Diehl Metall will be presenting its comprehensive product portfolio of synchronizer rings at the CTI Symposium in Berlin this year.
At the international CTI Symposium, exhibitors from various European countries provide an insight into the latest technical developments in the area of vehicle transmissions. Diehl Metall Schmiedetechnik, with its brand Formed@Diehl, will again be a sponsor of the Symposium from 2016/12/05 to 2016/12/08. The Formed@Diehl brand combines conventional hot-forged brass synchronizer rings and cold-formed steel synchronizer rings.
During integrated production, high-performance brass synchronizer rings are manufactured: from the prematerial produced at our in-house semi-finished plant to forging and a sustained materials cycle for protecting raw materials and resources. Furthermore, Diehl Metall Schmiedetechnik offers steel synchronizer rings produced by sheet metal forming and provided with innovative coatings. These improve friction and wear behavior and cover the entire performance range.
With its product expertise, Diehl Metall Schmiedetechnik sets innovative trends in transmission solutions. As the global market leader in this area, we are a specialist in optimizing existing transmissions as well as in developing customized solutions for new projects. Furthermore, production sites in Germany, Brazil, China and India ensure supply to the international markets. The unique diversity of products as well as the combination of long-standing experience and the latest know-how enable efficiency increases in existing technologies.
Take the opportunity to have an in-depth personal discussion with our experts. We look forward to your visit!
