Retrofit business and enhanced Customer Support for the region are in focus at event

Diehl Aerosystems, a first-tier supplier and partner for avionics and cabin integration to the big aircraft manufacturers and a retrofitting specialist for aircraft operators, returns to Dubai for this year’s Aircraft Interiors Middle East (AIME), co-located with MRO Middle East, from February 8th – 9th 2017, exhibiting its products at booth 259 at the Dubai World Trade Center, UAE.

Following its debut at last year’s AIME, Diehl is again seeking direct contact with customers in the Middle East region. Here, aviation and demand for aircraft as well as related products and services are expected to grow above average. In particular, Diehl expects the Middle East market to offer opportunities in the After Sales segment, both for cabin interiors retrofit solutions and for customer support services across the complete product range, including aircraft systems. The company also has a clear focus on supporting the retrofit business with airlines in the Middle East.

Service for airline customers in the Middle East region will be enhanced by adding a dedicated Middle East customer desk, providing an enhanced service exclusively for requests from the region, at Diehl’s Customer Support Centre for the EUMEA region (Europe - Middle East – Africa). In addition, Diehl Aerosystems is continuing its support for aerospace engineering students at Khalifa University of Science, Technology & Research (KUSTAR) in Abu Dhabi by offering job experiences during internships at German sites. By hosting several students each year, Diehl contributes to endorsing good relations between Germany and the Middle East region.
